This policy explains what NOBOTAI (“NOBOTAI”, “we”, “us”) collects through this site and the closed test, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It applies to this website and to the NOBOTAI service.

What we collect
- Access requests. The work email address you enter on this site, and the time you submitted it.
- Account identifier. A random identifier the platform assigns to your viewing session, used so that one person cannot submit a request on behalf of another.
- Phone numbers of callers. When a call reaches a business using NOBOTAI, we process the caller’s number and the business line it was dialled to. We store the caller number as a keyed hash, not in plain text, wherever the service allows.
- Call and message records. Records of calls and messages handled by the service, and the outcome of each check.
- Device and payment checks. Where a check requires a device or payment confirmation, the sensitive details stay with the device or payment provider. We do not receive or store biometric data or full card numbers.
Why we use it
- To decide whether a closed-test invitation can be given.
- To confirm that a caller is a person before a business call is connected.
- To prevent abuse, fraud and repeated use of the same card or number.
- To keep records a business needs to resolve a dispute about a call.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run NOBOTAI for us, under contract: hosting, telephony, and payment providers. They may process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Access requests are kept until the closed test ends or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Call and verification records are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD], then deleted or made anonymous. Hashed phone numbers are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict some uses. This site uses only the storage the platform needs to keep the page working and to protect against abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and keyed hashing for phone numbers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorisation.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced to people with an open access request.

These terms govern your use of this website and the NOBOTAI closed test. By requesting access or using NOBOTAI you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.
Closed test
NOBOTAI is provided as a closed test. Access is granted at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Submitting a request does not give you a right to access. The service may change, pause or end without notice.
Fees
There is no charge to request access or to use the closed test. No payment is taken from any caller as part of a check. If we introduce fees, we will tell you first and they will not apply without your agreement.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and act for a business, or be authorised to act for one, when you request access. You must use a real work email address that you control.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent who you are.
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone, or to send unsolicited messages.
- Do not attempt to access data that belongs to others, probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not submit requests for other people without their permission.
Your content and submissions
The work email you submit remains yours. You grant us the right to store and use it to operate the closed test and contact you about it.
Our intellectual property
The NOBOTAI name, logo, site and software are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify or use them except as these terms allow.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. NOBOTAI is one check among others. It does not guarantee that any caller is or is not a person.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NOBOTAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to [LIABILITY CAP] or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You will indemnify NOBOTAI against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
